Description
Goodwill Southern California is hiring a Supervisor, WCD Programs to oversee case management teams supporting participants on their path to employment. The role supervises Specialists, Coaches, and Assistants; monitors participant progress, data accuracy, and documentation; manages program budgets and supportive-service requests; reviews files; builds relationships with training providers, funders, and community partners; and provides direct case management support when needed. The position requires workforce development or social services experience, 2–3 years of supervisory experience, and strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills; an associate degree or higher and bilingual Spanish/English ability are preferred.
