EnableComp is hiring a Zero Balance Supervisor to lead and oversee the recovery of hospital claims marked as zero balance and closed by client hospitals. The role combines people leadership with subject-matter expertise in hospital reimbursement, coding, payer behavior, claim inventories, appeals, documentation, and revenue-cycle technology. Responsibilities include supervising and coaching team members, managing the employee lifecycle, performing quality control, pursuing recovery opportunities, coordinating with clients and internal teams, and supporting operational initiatives. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, at least five years of healthcare and zero-balance experience, five years of client-facing experience, two to five years of supervisory experience, and five years of commercial or government billing and collections experience.
