Description
The Operations Supervisor plans and directs air traffic control operations in an ATC-4 level terminal facility and provides first-line supervision to Developmental and Certified Professional Controllers. The role supervises Air Traffic Control Specialists, assigns work, sets priorities and schedules, approves leave, evaluates performance, resolves employee complaints, arranges training, adjusts staffing and procedures, and tracks area objectives. Applicants must be United States citizens, meet specified FAA or Air Traffic Services experience requirements, and satisfy drug testing, medical, and other employment conditions.
