Description
The Operations Supervisor oversees air traffic control specialists at a Level 6 terminal facility, assigning work, setting priorities and schedules, approving leave, evaluating performance, resolving employee complaints, arranging training, improving production and quality, adjusting staffing and procedures, and supporting diversity and EEO programs. The role requires U.S. citizenship, drug testing, and one of three FAA or air traffic services qualifications involving at least one year of relevant experience.
