Description

The Operations Supervisor plans and directs operations in a terminal facility, supervises Developmental and Certified Professional Controllers and Air Traffic Control Specialists, assigns work, sets priorities, manages leave and performance evaluations, resolves employee complaints, arranges training, adjusts staffing and procedures, and supports diversity and EEO programs. The role reports to the Air Traffic Manager and requires U.S. citizenship, Selective Service registration for eligible males, SF50 submission, and drug testing. Candidates must meet one of three ATS-related experience requirements: an FAA 2152 FV-J/FG-14 or above regional or headquarters position for at least one year, facility or area certification for at least one year, or an MSS position for at least one year.
