Description
The Operations Supervisor provides first-line supervision to a team of air traffic control specialists at a Level 9 terminal facility. The role directs and assigns work, sets priorities and schedules, approves leave, advises employees, evaluates performance, resolves complaints, identifies training needs, and seeks ways to improve production and quality. Applicants must be U.S. citizens, meet one of three specified air traffic control experience qualifications, pass drug testing, and apply online through AVIATOR.
