Description

ICF is hiring Supervisory Case Coordinators to lead teams of Case Coordinators and Direct Operations Coordinators supporting the Office of Refugee Resettlement’s national case coordination program for unaccompanied children. The role oversees complex cases, coordinates with care providers and federal staff, evaluates staff performance, supports training, identifies emerging issues, and makes recommendations related to safe and timely release, transfers, and specialized needs. The position requires onsite and remote work, occasional care-provider-site visits, up to 10% regional travel, and availability for some nights and weekends. Candidates must have a relevant master’s degree, at least five years of post-graduate direct-service experience with youth and trauma-informed care, three years of experience with immigrant youth, unaccompanied children, and families, at least two years of supervisory experience, English/Spanish bilingual fluency, and Tier 2 security clearance or the ability to obtain it. The pay range for full-time employment is $89,649.00 to $152,404.00.
