Description
The Program Manager will lead a branch of engineers, scientists, and technical personnel supporting United States and foreign submarine combat systems and strike systems. Responsibilities include managing branch personnel, coordinating with fleet representatives and program offices, planning and directing work, forecasting budgets, assigning government and contractor tasks, developing staff, and assessing program and product status. The role requires a U.S. citizen, federal employment suitability, a security clearance, DAWIA certification, and specialized professional engineering experience in complex Undersea Warfare Combat Systems, including AN/BYG-1, sonar suites, or torpedo defense frameworks.
