Description

The Branch Chief for Learning Solutions supervises Instructional Systems Design, Information Technology, and Educational Support Specialists at the MWR Academy, US Army HQ Installation Management Command. The role leads eLearning and learning technology delivery, serves as an authoritative consultant and educator in training evaluation, occupational analysis, and instructional systems methodology quality assurance, coordinates IACET, ACE, and U.S. Army accreditation activities, and plans, coordinates, designs, develops, and evaluates classroom, blended, and online instruction. The position requires an undergraduate degree with relevant study hours, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and at least one year of experience performing duties at the required level; highly qualified candidates should have at least five years of FMWR program experience, ADDIE experience, and experience with eLearning and learning management systems.
