Description
The Massachusetts Air National Guard is hiring a Supervisory Intelligence Operations Specialist (PDD1646P01) to supervise three or more sections of Intelligence Operations Specialists, including subordinate supervisors and work leaders. The role plans and coordinates intelligence operations, manages resources and schedules, establishes performance and compliance metrics, reviews work and training, and handles personnel matters such as performance evaluations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and leave. Applicants must be National Guard members or eligible for immediate membership, hold the appropriate military grade and Air Force Specialty Code 14N, and obtain a TOP SECRET clearance.
