Description

The Supervisory Program Coordinator will develop and implement policy, strategy, standards, and technical assistance for youth and volunteer programs and services across the National Park Service. The role leads youth and volunteer work teams, manages government-wide platforms and complex projects, develops strategic communications plans, and advises leadership on youth and volunteer policy, management, safety, and operations. It is a GS-14 supervisory position requiring at least one full year of specialized experience equivalent to GS-13, U.S. citizenship or nationality, background investigation, E-Verify, and possible on-call, travel, and shift work.
