Description
The Aquatics Program Manager serves as a supervisory Program Manager for the aquatics program at the Fitness Center, Naval Base Guam. The role oversees aquatics programming, lifeguarding, swimming instruction, emergency rescue and medical response, pool and waterfront maintenance, safety and risk management, program administration, facility scheduling, and staff supervision. Applicants must have relevant experience or a combination of education and certification, and the position requires certifications, a valid driver's license, occasional travel, and availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
