Description
The Systems Engineer, Level II, serves as a technical advisor and supervisor for assigned systems engineering activities, including systems design, development, production, testing, support, contractor evaluation, and technical proposal integration. The role manages subordinate work, represents the organization with federal, defense, industry, and academic partners, and requires a professional engineering degree or equivalent education and experience, at least one year of specialized systems engineering experience, and the appropriate security clearance. The position may require travel, shift work, emergency overtime, and other than normal duty hours.
