ABB is hiring a Supplier Capacity Development Manager to develop and standardize an external supplier capacity development approach across ELDS MV Switchgear factories. The role leads supplier identification, risk assessment, capacity-risk resolution, supplier development roadmaps, cross-factory coordination, methodology implementation, KPI tracking, training, and continuous improvement, while partnering with quality, procurement, operations, supply chain, and external supplier teams. It is a hybrid/remote global role with Europe preferred, requires 5+ years of supply chain experience, and is open to candidates in multiple countries.
