Description
The Quality Engineer will inspect new and modified parts, perform first-article inspections and detailed measurements with CMMs, analyze inspection data and root causes, lead 8D and other quality analyses, implement corrective and preventive actions, maintain inspection records, collaborate with suppliers, and support lean manufacturing and process improvements. The role requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field, at least three years of similar experience, CNC milling and assembly expertise, GD&T knowledge, root-cause-analysis experience, and strong problem-solving and communication skills.
