L3Harris is hiring a Supplier Development Engineer in Brighton to manage supplier selection, qualification, capability assessment, audits, and development for aerospace release-system components. The role coordinates with procurement, project, engineering, and quality teams; supports APQP, PPAP, FMEA, cost and quality improvements, and supplier engineering changes; and requires procurement experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment, knowledge of APQP, PPAP, and FMEA, and the ability to interpret engineering drawings. Occasional travel is required, and applicants must meet UK right-to-work and classified-information eligibility requirements.
