Description
The Supply Chain Development Engineer will design, improve, and implement supply chain processes, systems, and strategies across engineering, operations, procurement, logistics, manufacturing, and supplier management. The role focuses on supplier development, audits, quality assessments, PPAP and FAI processes, risk and capacity analysis, corrective actions, supplier ratings, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement. It requires aerospace or automotive manufacturing experience, knowledge of quality and supplier-management systems, analytical and communication skills, and a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
