Description
The Supplier Development Engineer will join the UK Supply Operations team in Cheltenham and support supplier selection, quality audits, quality planning, purchased-part validation, performance analysis, corrective actions, continuous improvement, supplier training, and technical quality support. The role requires experience in quality engineering or supplier quality within manufacturing, knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality management systems, auditing and root-cause analysis skills, and the ability to manage projects and build supplier relationships.
