The Supplier Development Engineer will develop, qualify, support, and assess international suppliers; negotiate quality assurance agreements; conduct process and product audits; monitor corrective and preventive actions; implement supplier development programs; optimize processes and costs; evaluate manufacturability, risks, and capacity; and lead purchasing-area action plans. The role requires a completed degree, automotive quality standards knowledge, external audit qualification, English negotiation skills, international travel willingness, and proficiency with MS Office and SAP.
