True Anomaly is hiring a Supplier Development Engineer to build and sustain a flight-quality supplier base for aerospace and space hardware. Reporting to the Manager of Supplier Development, the role leads supplier qualification, audits, quality programs, lean initiatives, risk mitigation, corrective actions, and cross-functional readiness across propulsion, structures, power systems, avionics, PCBA, and harnessing. The position requires a relevant bachelor’s degree, 4–7 years of supplier development or related engineering experience, supplier-site travel of 30–50%, and is based near Denver or Long Beach. Base salary is $105,000–$160,000, with equity and health, dental, vision, HRA/HSA, PTO, paid holidays, 401K, and parental leave benefits.
