This role involves developing and engaging production partners, optimizing supplier performance, managing risk, and ensuring partners are prepared for complex, high-stakes projects. The engineer will collaborate with internal teams, assess new partner capabilities, flag potential risks, assist in root-cause analysis of late shipments, and support partners in meeting stringent industry standards and compliance requirements.
