Description
The Supplier Development Engineer will develop, support, and qualify suppliers for engine components and assemblies for reciprocating compressors at the Schkeuditz production site. The role covers supplier audits, quality and process capability assessments, performance monitoring, quality improvement projects, 8D reporting, technical supplier discussions, and on-site support. It requires a relevant engineering degree, several years of supplier development, quality assurance, or manufacturing experience, knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality management systems, technical drawing and GPS skills, analytical and communication abilities, and strong German and English proficiency.
