The role assesses supplier capabilities, leads audits and improvement initiatives, supports supplier transfers and new product introductions, applies APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, control plans, MSA, and SPC methodologies, analyzes production readiness, and drives Lean and continuous improvement. It is based in Charlotte or Raleigh, North Carolina, with significant supplier-site travel, and requires a technical engineering degree or equivalent experience plus at least five years of relevant manufacturing, supplier development, supplier quality, operations, or supply chain experience.
