Description
SpaceX is hiring a Supplier Development Engineer, Harnessing (Starshield) to own continuity of supply for copper and fiber cable harnessing on the Starshield satellite program. The role collaborates with engineering, manufacturing, procurement, reliability, and production teams; manages and develops suppliers; supports sourcing, PPAP, quality and delivery metrics, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, SPC, yield improvement, and tool or process qualification. The position is onsite in Hawthorne, California, requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or STEM and at least one year of relevant manufacturing or process engineering experience, and offers a base salary of $100,000–$117,500 for Level 1 or $115,000–$140,000 for Level 2.
