SpaceX is hiring a Supplier Development Engineer, Mechanical (Falcon & Dragon) to support the manufacturing and quality of machined components and assemblies for its Falcon and Dragon programs. The role serves as a technical point of contact for assigned parts, resolves manufacturing and quality issues, drives design-for-manufacturing improvements, manages supplier selection and PPAP, and leads new-product-introduction and production-part-approval activities. It requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, at least one year of manufacturing or inspection experience, and onsite work in Hawthorne, California, with up to 40–50% travel. The base salary is $100,000–$117,500 for Level 1 and $115,000–$140,000 for Level 2, with medical, vision, dental, retirement, and other benefits.
