Description
SpaceX is hiring a Supplier Development Engineer specializing in printed circuit boards (PCBs) for the Starlink User Terminal business. The role owns PCB supplier selection, qualification, development, quality, reliability, and scaling for high-volume production, including assessing manufacturing capabilities, leading PPAP and FAI, developing qualification and reliability plans, auditing and improving suppliers, resolving PCB defects through root cause analysis and corrective action, and collaborating with engineering, quality, supply chain, and production teams. The position requires a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, materials science, RF engineering, or a related field and at least three years of relevant experience.
