Description
Meta is hiring a Supplier Development Engineer to lead the technical and operational ramp of robotics products from prototype through mass production. The role develops scalable manufacturing processes, quality systems, tooling and fixtures, and supplier capabilities; provides DFM and process-risk feedback; resolves manufacturing issues; and collaborates with hardware, quality, reliability, sourcing, and operations teams. The position requires a relevant engineering degree or extensive related experience, 10+ years in supplier development, manufacturing engineering, or process engineering, hands-on hardware manufacturing experience, and familiarity with NPI, GD&T, SPC, MSA, and AI technologies.
