Eaton’s Corporate Sector division is hiring a Supplier Development Engineer - Wire Assemblies to develop supplier manufacturing capability, capacity, scalability, and operational readiness. The role leads supplier improvement initiatives, evaluates manufacturing processes and capacity, supports new product introductions and supplier transfers, conducts audits and risk assessments, and coaches suppliers in Lean, root-cause analysis, and structured problem-solving. It is based in Charlotte or Raleigh, North Carolina, with up to 50% travel, and requires a technical engineering degree or equivalent experience plus at least five years of relevant manufacturing or supplier-development experience.
