Description
The Supplier Development Lead evaluates, stabilizes, and improves assigned suppliers by leading readiness, recovery, and improvement initiatives; conducting root-cause and corrective-action investigations; managing supplier action plans and KPIs; coordinating onsite supplier engagements; and developing manufacturing process tools such as FMEA and control plans. The role requires supplier-facing experience, project management, supplier-site travel, and U.S. citizenship, with more than 80% travel and work at supplier sites in the north-west United States. The pay range is $75,000 to $80,000 per year, with health, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
