Description
The Supplier Manager is accountable for managing Flowserve’s assigned supplier portfolio, overseeing supplier performance, quality, delivery, risk, competitiveness, contractual coverage, commercial terms, corrective actions, escalations, data reporting, claims, supplier reviews, and market analysis. The role also serves as a category expert and liaison between the business and the global category function. Preferred qualifications include at least seven years of supply chain experience, strong negotiation and analytical skills, project management proficiency, supply-base knowledge, and geographic mobility.
