Description
The Supplier Development Manager will identify, qualify, and develop national and international suppliers; conduct supplier, process, and capacity audits; manage industrialization and series-launch projects; improve manufacturing processes, quality, delivery performance, and risk mitigation; and evaluate supplier performance using KPIs in collaboration with Engineering, Production, Procurement, and Quality Management. The role requires a relevant engineering or business-engineering degree, several years of supplier development, technical supplier management, or industrialization experience, knowledge of manufacturing and international supplier development, and strong German and English skills.
