Description
Velocity Electronics is seeking a Supplier Development Manager to build and manage supplier relationships, especially in China, while improving supplier performance, quality, authenticity, responsiveness, and sourcing reliability. The role supports Purchasing and Buyers, coordinates supplier qualification and capability development, manages supplier data in the Velocity Information System, and ensures compliance with corporate, regulatory, documentation, and ethical sourcing requirements. Candidates should have at least five years of supplier development experience in the electronic components or independent distribution industry, familiarity with ERP, and knowledge of electronic component authenticity, testing, and traceability.
