The role assesses manufacturing processes, leads corrective actions and continuous-improvement projects, supports new-product introductions, audits supplier capabilities, and mentors junior engineers. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field and at least seven years of supplier engineering, supplier quality, manufacturing engineering, operations, or related experience, with up to 30% domestic and international travel.
