Description
The Supplier Engineer supports Boston Scientific’s External Operations team for sourced finished medical devices by developing manufacturing processes, equipment, and systems; partnering with suppliers to qualify and improve processes; troubleshooting product and supply issues; managing change requests; and implementing corrective actions. The role requires an engineering or related STEM degree, at least two years of supplier or supplier-management experience, medical-device quality or production-process-control experience, strong technical writing skills, and up to 25% travel. It follows a hybrid model requiring three days per week in the local office, with no relocation assistance or visa sponsorship.
