Description
BD is hiring a Supplier Excellence Manager to drive operational excellence and performance improvement across its strategic and preferred supplier base. The role leads cost and value engineering, should-cost modeling, supplier development, Lean and Six Sigma initiatives, manufacturing capability assessments, supplier negotiations, and product-launch readiness. It is a remote-based position with occasional office presence near Wrocław, Poland, and requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, industrial engineering, operations management, or a related technical field, plus 6–10 years of relevant experience. The expected base salary is 16,800–19,000 PLN monthly, or 201,600–307,425 PLN annually.
