Description
Base is hiring a Supplier Industrialization Engineer to work with suppliers on manufacturing process optimization, supplier qualification, line ramping, design-for-manufacturability reviews, capacity planning, and the transition from prototype to mass production. The role requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or science field, at least three years of supplier industrialization, supplier quality, or manufacturing engineering experience, knowledge of multiple manufacturing processes, and frequent travel. The team works in-person and supports Base's global supply base.
