Anduril Industries is hiring a Senior Supplier Industrialization Engineer, Electrical to manage electrical commodity suppliers and production strategies from new product introduction through full production. The role coordinates with engineering, quality, supply chain, and manufacturing teams; vets supplier capabilities; brings up tooling and production lines; supports capacity expansion and ramp-up; establishes supplier process controls; and drives quality, cost, cycle-time, and defect-reduction improvements. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or a related technical field, at least six years of supplier quality and industrialization experience in manufacturing, relevant electronics or SMT expertise, at least 50% travel, and eligibility for a U.S. Secret security clearance. The role offers a $146,000–$194,000 USD base salary and equity grants.
