Lucid is hiring a Supplier Industrialization Manager to lead and develop Supplier Industrialization Engineers responsible for metals and drive-unit commodities. The role owns supplier development and production readiness from sourcing through launch, ramp-up, and post-launch stabilization, with responsibility for APQP and PPAP execution, manufacturing technical decisions, quality and risk management, supplier performance improvement, and cross-functional alignment. Candidates need at least 10 years of automotive manufacturing, supplier quality, supplier industrialization, or product launch experience, including 5+ years of people leadership, plus a relevant bachelor's degree and strong knowledge of automotive industrialization tools and metal manufacturing processes.
