Description
The Supplier Operations Manager serves as the primary operational partner to a portfolio of approximately 5–10 supplier facilities, providing hands-on operational consulting, production optimization, quality improvement, performance monitoring, new-product launch support, and supplier capability development. The role requires regular on-site visits, up to 50% travel, and collaboration with operations, quality, supply chain, and merchandising teams. It requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least five years of manufacturing, supply chain, or operations consulting experience, two years of distributed-network supplier or production experience, and two years of management experience. Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement certification is strongly preferred, and the annual salary range is $85,000 to $127,500.
