Carrier is hiring a Supplier Performance and Data Analytics Specialist to transform procurement, delivery, quality, capacity, and demand data into actionable insights. The role develops supplier performance scorecards, segmentation models, KPI analytics, Power BI dashboards, data models, DAX measures, risk-scoring models, and executive reports to anticipate supplier risks and support supply continuity across Supplier Development, SIOP, Procurement, Materials, and Operations. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least three years of supply chain or supplier-performance experience, advanced Power BI and Excel skills, SQL knowledge, and advanced English and Spanish communication skills.
