Eaton’s IS AER FED division is hiring a Supplier Performance Manager to support the execution, monitoring, and control of supplier delivery performance across manufacturing facilities and the Procurement Center of Excellence. The role monitors supplier metrics such as past-due, on-time delivery, and DPPM, addresses performance gaps, drives tactical recovery plans and systemic procurement improvements, collaborates with Engineering, Quality, and Operations, and analyzes supply chain data. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, three years of supply chain experience, bilingual English-Spanish ability, advanced Excel skills, and willingness to travel up to 50%.
