Loft is hiring a Supplier Program Manager to prepare and execute complex sub-contracts with strategic spacecraft, launch, ground-station, and data-service suppliers. The role manages contract changes and change control, contract compliance, supplier performance, supply-chain risk, technical and regulatory requirements, milestone readiness, and vendor relationships, while supporting proposals and the Approved Vendor List. Candidates need a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent engineering experience, at least six years of subcontract management experience in spacecraft, aerospace, or complex technical programs, and strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills. The role offers a base salary of $130,000–$170,000 per year and medical, dental, and vision insurance options.
