Loft is hiring a Supplier Program Manager to prepare and execute complex sub-contracts with strategic spacecraft, launch, ground-station, and data-service suppliers. The role manages contract changes, compliance records, supplier performance, technical and supply-chain risks, milestone readiness, and cross-functional stakeholder relationships, while supporting proposals and the Approved Vendor List. Candidates need a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent engineering experience, at least six years of subcontract management experience in spacecraft, aerospace, or complex technical programs, procurement experience with multi-million-dollar contracts, and strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
