Stellantis is hiring for its GPS Supplier Quality & Purchasing Rotational Development Program, a full-time two-year early-career experience for emerging talent. The program includes four six-month project-based rotations across Purchasing and Supplier Quality, with exposure to sourcing, supplier negotiations, cost improvement, supplier quality, risk analysis, supplier assessments, industrialization, product readiness, and vehicle launches. Participants collaborate with suppliers and internal teams, lead projects, present recommendations, and receive mentoring and technical and leadership development before placement into a long-term Purchasing or Supplier Quality role.
