FORVIA is hiring a Supplier Quality Commodities Engineer to develop and improve the quality, delivery, timing, and service performance of suppliers in assigned automotive commodities. The role covers supplier qualification and onboarding, supplier selection and technical risk assessment, APQP support, claim resolution, supplier development, audits, corrective-action effectiveness, escalation management, quality-toolbox improvement, and knowledge sharing, with a strong focus on product safety and regulatory compliance. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent technician experience, 5–10 years of automotive quality experience, practical commodity-specific technical experience, knowledge of automotive quality core tools and supplier auditing, complex problem-solving and lean improvement skills, strong English communication and negotiation abilities, and advanced Microsoft Office skills.
