Ascential Medical and Life Sciences is hiring a Supplier Quality Engineer to establish and maintain supplier quality management processes for its CDMO operations. The role will close supplier quality gaps from audits, rebuild supplier quality oversight, shift supplier management toward a proactive compliance framework, and enable design, development, and manufacturing teams to work with qualified suppliers. The position requires engineering or applied science education, at least five years of combined quality or operational experience, and experience with ISO 9001 or ISO 13485, root cause analysis, supplier audits, and corrective actions. It is an on-site role in San Diego with an annual salary of $95,000 to $125,000.
