nLIGHT is hiring a Supplier Quality Engineer to manage external supplier quality, capability, performance, audits, non-conforming material disposition, and supplier readiness for new products. The role partners with engineering, quality, and supply chain teams, supports PPAP and other qualification activities, and requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, or a related field plus at least four years of relevant experience. The position offers an annual salary of $85,000–$95,000 for the I level and $90,000–$115,000 for the II level, along with health, retirement, bonus, and other benefits.
