Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories (SEL) is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading supplier development and qualification processes, identifying and measuring component failure trends, collaborating with suppliers to resolve quality issues, evaluating failure analysis reports, initiating corrective actions, providing technical leadership for process improvement, and performing supplier audits. This role requires strong facilitation, organizational, and communication skills, along with a deep understanding of quality assurance methods and industry standards.
