Description
The Supplier Quality Manager oversees supplier quality for Merz North America, managing supplier audits, corrective and preventive actions, nonconformances, CAPAs, supplier ratings, process improvement, inspections, compliance, and the Quality System. The role also manages and develops the supplier quality team and supports quality and other departments. It requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, physical science, or equivalent experience, with 2–4 years of regulated-industry quality experience and ASQ certification preferred.
