Description
The role is responsible for the quality and reliability of thermal deliverables across the product lifecycle, including cross-functional supply-chain activities, supplier management, quality programs, process controls, failure analysis, and corrective actions. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field or equivalent practical experience, eight years of thermal technology and manufacturing experience, and expertise in statistical quality control, process capability, reliability, and process improvement. A master’s degree, quality certification, ten years of relevant experience, thermal-management knowledge, and travel availability are preferred.
